No More Rust
Canadian winters are tough on equipment — road salt, moisture, and freeze-thaw cycles take their toll. Galvanized and aluminum trailers are built for exactly that: they stand up to salt and moisture, and keep their strength for decades with minimal upkeep.
Our galvanized trailers are fully welded first, then hot-dipped in a zinc tank over 50 feet long, so every surface is sealed against rust.
Our Hot Dip Galvanizing Process

Acidic Solution — The product is dipped in an acidic solution and rinsed with cold water to remove grease, dirt, rust and scale.

Flux Solution — It is then dipped in a flux solution to remove the last traces of oxide and to wet the steel.

Molten Zinc Solution — The clean steel is dipped into molten zinc (typically at 450°C), forming zinc-iron layers through a metallurgical reaction between the iron and zinc.
